PostEsy Terms of Service

1. Agreement and service

By creating an account or using PostEsy, a service based in India, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

PostEsy provides tools to connect supported social accounts, create and schedule content, and request publication. Features and availability may change.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law and meet the requirements of connected platforms. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account, subject to applicable law.

3. Connected platforms

You may connect accounts you are authorized to manage. You authorize PostEsy to access them and perform actions you request within the permissions you grant, including scheduling and publishing content. You can disconnect an account or revoke access through the platform. Platform services are governed by their own terms and policies, which you are responsible for following.

When you connect TikTok, you authorize the permissions you choose in TikTok's authorization flow. You are responsible for the content, audience, interaction and disclosure settings you select, and for complying with TikTok's applicable terms and policies. Disconnecting or revoking access prevents future use of that connection but does not remove content already published on TikTok.

Platforms may change their APIs, permissions, limits, or availability. Publishing can fail or be delayed, and a scheduled post is not guaranteed to appear. Review your content and publishing status, and keep your own copies.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You retain any rights you have in your content. You grant PostEsy the permissions needed to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display it to operate the service and carry out your instructions. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your content and its publication.

Do not use PostEsy to violate laws or others' rights, distribute malware or spam, impersonate others, access accounts without authorization, interfere with the service, or circumvent platform rules or security controls. You are responsible for reviewing content, including AI-generated material, before publication.

5. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

PostEsy is a paid subscription and there is no free tier. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly billing period until you cancel. The price and billing period are presented when you subscribe.

You may cancel at any time from Settings. There is no notice period or cancellation fee. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access through the period already paid for. After that, your account is locked: connected accounts and scheduled posts remain stored, but nothing will publish until you subscribe again.

If you are not satisfied, email support@post-esy.com within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. After those 7 days, and for renewal payments, we do not refund part-used billing periods. Statutory cancellation or refund rights apply in addition to this policy.

6. AI and third-party services

Optional AI and other third-party services may have separate terms, fees, limits, and privacy practices. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for checking it and for your use of any third-party credentials you provide.

7. Intellectual property

PostEsy and its software, branding, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these terms, we permit you to access and use the service for its intended purpose. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion as described on our data deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, security risks, legal obligations, nonpayment, or abuse. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice. Termination does not affect obligations or rights that by their nature continue afterward.

9. Availability and liability

We work to provide a reliable service, but interruptions, errors, and third-party failures can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, PostEsy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Changes, questions and disputes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. We will update the date above and provide notice of significant changes by email or on the website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
