Data Deletion

How to delete your PostEsy data

These instructions explain how users can disconnect social accounts and request deletion of account data stored by PostEsy.

Last updated: May 27, 2026

Disconnect a Social Account

To remove a connected social account from PostEsy, sign in to your account, open Dashboard, go to Settings, then Profile & Account, and choose Disconnect for the platform you want to remove.

Disconnecting removes stored OAuth credentials for that platform from PostEsy and prevents future publishing through that connection.

Revoke Platform Access

You can also revoke PostEsy directly from the connected platform. For Meta products, open Facebook or Instagram settings, go to Business Integrations or Apps and Websites, find PostEsy, and remove its access.

Request Full Account Deletion

To request deletion of your PostEsy account and associated stored data, email support@post-esy.com from the email address used for your PostEsy account with the subject line "PostEsy Data Deletion Request".

Include your account email address and the social platforms you connected, if known. We may ask for limited verification before deleting data to protect your account.

What We Delete

  • Your PostEsy account profile information.
  • Stored OAuth tokens and connected social account records.
  • Saved publishing jobs, schedules, post content, tags, titles, and platform result identifiers.
  • Uploaded media files or media references stored for publishing workflows.

Deletion Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited information may remain for a short period in backups or logs and will be removed through normal retention cycles.
